Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts , for the repair, maintenance, and replacement of Light Towers at various parks and park facilities in CD areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2002, Project  2267155, Budget Year 2002, Account 525500, Light Towers, Department of Public Works.
