Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Wall, Step and Fence Program at various areas throughout the City, at a total cost not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars. Chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2220036, Amount $50,000, Budget Year 2003, and Account 525500, Fund 2610 Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2003, Project/Grant 2220036, Amount $100,000, Budget Year 2003, Wall, Step, Fence Program, Department of Public Works.
