Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Deloitte & Touche to develop an implementation plan for the GASB #34 requirement at a cost not to exceed Sixty Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($65,325). Chargeable and payable from Miscellaneous Services, Department of Finance, Account 526120, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2001.

Section 2.  The City Controller shall encumber $65,325 from the 2001 Budget Appropriation of Miscellaneous Services, Department of Finance, Account 526120, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2001.
