Jackson Consulting and Training to provide training and services to the Mayor's Youth Council, cost not to exceed $19,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Director of Community Initiatives are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with J. Jackson Consulting and Training to provide services and training for the Mayor's Youth Council with a cost not to exceed Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000).  Such amounts shall be payable from the following:  Fund 2481  Org 21000  Subclass 600  Account 526125 BY 2007.  The agreement or agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
