Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) in order for the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to have access to parcel 50-C-350 behind former Fort Pitt Elementary School in relation to a redevelopment project known as the Fort Pitt Park Master Plan, at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) in order for the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to have access to parcel 50-C-350 behind former Fort Pitt Elementary School in relation to a redevelopment project known as the Fort Pitt Park Master Plan, at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2.  Said Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
