Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of $1,605,882 $1,605,780 for the Nine Mile Run project. (Council District No. 5)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Public Works and Engineering and Construction are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the design, inspection and construction by URA of certain public infrastructure and landscape improvements to reclaim the Nine Mile Run area for expansion of Frick Park and new housing, the dedication of the public improvements to the City of Pittsburgh, and the waiver of permit fees for contractors employed by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Two ($1,605,882.00) One Million Six Hundred Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($1,605,780.00), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
