Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement or Agreements with Zucker Systems to optimize the City’s development review processes.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$50,000 from 0229400206.53901.00 Item #5221

$14595,000 from 11101.110000.53901.2017 Item # 5221

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
