Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplemental Agreement or Agreements with Toole Design, LLC for costs associated with Phase 2 of the West Pittsburgh REACH Neighborhood Mobility Plan, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Hundred Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars ($204,274.00), an increase of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, to be paid from the following account(s):
