Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Repealing items in Resolutions approved on various dates, authorizing the sale of properties in various wards of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984. The reason for repealing the Resolutions, as listed in this Resolution, is that the purchasers in the respective sales have failed to comply with the Agreement of Sale. The hand money, as specified below, is to be forfeited. Items A through G.
