Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, for Repairs to the Birtley Avenue Gutters in the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand ($50,000), chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2267118, Budget Year 2002, Account 525500, Birtley Avenue Gutters, Department of Public Works.
