Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in favor of Oak Glade Capital Partners, LLC fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged damages and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2018; Item Number 11111-44.
