Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($113,400.00) dollars to support the creation of a Wellness Index for Black Women with program partner Carlow University.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation in order to receive a grant award of ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($113,400.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400443.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed of ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($113,400.00) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 0229400443.
