Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the repairs, maintenance, improvements and emergencies at various parks and park facilities throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of ($215,000.00) Dollars the cost thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, to include but not limited to fence repairs, concrete repairs, asphalt repairs, court renovations, shelter installations, play area improvements, park reforestation, electrical survey and major repairs and emergencies at various parks and park facilities throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand ($215,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2245001, Budget Year 2003, Account 525500, Park Reconstruction, Department of Public Works.
