Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                      The Department of Parks and Recreation on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to enter into a Facility Usage Agreement or Agreement(s) with Ozanam Inc. and Josh Gibson Foundation, for use of the Ammon Recreation Center in order to provide recreational and community-focused activities.  Said agreement(s) shall be at a term of five (5) years at no cost to the City.

Section 2.                      Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form authorized by the City Solicitor.
