Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a professional services agreement or agreements with Ground Technology, Inc. , d/b/a D'Appolonia “D’appolonia” geotechnical professional service that include assessments, evaluations, land remediation plans, and expert testimony of properties subject to active life safety code enforcement violations, for a total cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($300,000.00) over three years.

 

Section 2.                     Funds for said agreement or agreements shall be chargeable and payable from the following chart of accounts, subject to appropriation in future budget years by City Council:
