Resolution granting unto Trek Development Group, 130 7th Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh PA 15222, their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain, own and use at their own cost and expense, an underground transformer vault with steel grating for 731-737 Penn Avenue in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Trek Development Group, 130 7th Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh PA 15222, their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain, own and use at their own cost and expense, four (4) concrete underground vaults with grates and access hatches to house Duquesne Light transformers; providing electric service to 731-737 Penn Avenue, seventy-four feet in length (74') twelve feet six inches in width (12'6"), thirteen feet two inches in height (13'2"), under the thirteen foot six inch (13'6") sidewalk area at 731-737 Penn Avenue, Allegheny County lot and block 8-S-155. Duquesne Light will install equipment and has their own vault agreement with Trek Development Group; in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-822-A on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
