Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $2,609.56 warrant in favor of Edward J. Dursi, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, in settlement of a claim for vehicle damage due to a City EMS vehicle, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2006.
