Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of E.B. Jacobs, Inc. in the amount of $29,397.50 for the Police Officer Recruit candidate examination and selection services, chargeable to and payable from the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service Account No. 11101.109000.53.53901.2017.
