Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Gulisek Construction LLC for costs associated with the Construction Phase of the Penn Avenue Phase 2 project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Million Five Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($9,554,500.24), reimbursable at 80%.
