Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor’s Office and the Director of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Catapult Greater Pittsburgh for services relating to delivering comprehensive financial counseling services to the City of Pittsburgh residents for a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($226,598.00), subject to appropriation by City Council in future budget years.
Funds shall be paid from the following JDE accounts:
$100,000.00 from 11101.102000.53.53901.2024
$126,598.00 from 11101.102000.53.53901.2025
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be subject to approval by the City Solicitor, ensuring their compliance with the city's legal standards.
