Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 257, effective April 26, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as follows:

The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Mayor's citywide Neighborhood Needs Program, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($972,884.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
