Resolution providing for engineering and design services in connection with the rehabilitation of the McArdle Viaduct No. 1; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $250,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, for engineering and design services in connection with the rehabilitation of the McArdle Viaduct No. 1; at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement to the City of the state government's share of costs for design services in connection with the design of McArdle Viaduct No. 1.
