Smith of certain properties in the 26th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, being Block 46 D, Lot 120, addressed as 2518 East Street and Block 77 S, Lot 244, addressed as 2628 Sunset Avenue, to become an addition to and extension of the Spring Hill-Spring Garden Greenway.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a deed from Amy E. Smith conveying certain property, designated as Block 46 D, Lot No. 120 and Block 77 S, Lot No. 244, to become an addition to and extension of the Spring Hill-Spring Garden Greenway, in fee simple, and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.


PROPERTY DESCRIPTON:


ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY situate in the Twenty-Sixth (26th) Ward, of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Micano Street at a point distant North 47o 15' East two hundred eighty-seven (287') feet from the easterly side of East Street and at the easterly limit of condemnation of PENNDOT of Parcel #1425; thence from said point of beginning, North 47o 15' East 641.95 feet to a point; thence North 88o 45'East 111.38 feet to a point; thence South 13o West 254.60 feet to a point; thence South 39o West 306.90 feet to a point; thence North 17o 30' West 46.2 feet to a point; thence South 61o West two hundred seventy-eight (278') feet to a point on the easterly limit of the condemnation aforesaid; thence along said easterly limit of the condemnation aforesaid one hundred fifty-five (155') feet to the point at the Place of Beginning.
