Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s), or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Neighborhood Allies for the purpose of providing neighborhood and community development services; and providing for the payment at a cost thereof, not to exceed $140,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account string:
