Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-14539, from Paul's Lookout Inc., 2627 Skyline Drive, West Mifflin, PA 15122-3552 to SSG Group Inc, for the Seventh Street Grille, located in the Southside Works, 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-14539, from Paul's Lookout, Inc., 2627 Skyline Drive, West Mifflin, PA 15122-3552 to SSG Group Inc, for the Seventh Street Grille located in the Southside Works, 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
SECTION 2. Request for Approval
SSG Group Inc., c/o Seventh Street Grille, which has a mailing address of 130 Seventh Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R14539, which is currently registered to Seventh Street Grille, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premises to be known as Seventh Street Grille, South side Works 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. The proposed interior of the premises will be containing approximately Six Thousand Twelve (6,012) square feet of first floor area of said address.
SECTION 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning SSG Group Inc., as the secured creditor of Seventh Street Grille, located at Southside Works, 2829 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
