Resolution amending resolution No. 712 of 2025, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to submit a Keystone Recreation, Park & Conservation Fund Grant Application to the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries for the replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and roofing systems at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill Branch in an amount not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose," to accept the grant and authorize necessary expenditures.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 712 of 2025, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to submit a Keystone Recreation, Park & Conservation Fund Grant Application to the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries for the replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and roofing systems at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill Branch in an amount not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance are authorized to submit receive a Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund grant application, and all of the understandings and assurances contained therein, to from the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries for the replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and roofing systems at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill Branch in an amount not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0729400543.45505.00.
