Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants for Engineering Services in connection with the Design of the Rehabilitation of the McArdle Roadway Viaduct #2 at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the reimbursement of the state's share of costs to the City of Pittsburgh.
