Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with the Matrix Consulting Group to complete a service delivery model assessment for the Department of Public Works and providing for the payment thereof at a cost not to exceed $29,500.00 chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Account: 11101.53.53101.420000.2017, Item Number 1160.
