Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That the Director of the Department of General Services be and is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, award, and enter into a contract or contracts, or the use of existing contracts for the purchase of landscaping equipment for the Department of Public Works, at a cost not to exceed Twenty Two Thousand and One Hundred ($22,100.00) Dollars, in accordance with the laws and ordinances governing the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable to and payable from Account 542100, Org.420000, Sub Class 120, Fund 1500, Budget Year 2002, Specialized Landscape, Department of Public Works.
