Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor Is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Ellis Real Estate Company in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($4200.00) in payment for real estate appraisal services, that will enable the City to collect a  $95,000.00 grant awarded to the City of Pittsburgh by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for acquisition of a trail corridor along the north shore of the Ohio River, chargeable to and payable from Account 500000, Org 110000, Fund 5100, Subclass PGHPR, P/G# 2205904, Budget Year 2001 Trail and Bike Route Development Program in the Department of City Planning.
