Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts follows:

Section 1.   The Controller is hereby authorized to transfer of six million three hundred thousand dollars ($6,300,000)  from Fund 1000, Organization 999100, Subclass 200, BY 2001, Account 000000 to the Fair Municipal Pension Trust Fund, Fund 0000, Organization 000000, Subclass 000, BY 2001, Account 000000.
