Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Goodwill of Southwestern PA for administrative services relating to the 2025 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program.  The total cost shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the following JDE Account String:    11101.109000.58.58102.2025.

Section 2.                      Said agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require.
