Title
Resolution vacating a portion of Sunbeam and Fernery Ways in the 32nd Ward, 4th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Sunbeam and Fernery Ways in the 32nd Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That vacating portions of Fernery Way and Sunbeam Way as described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the eastern side of Glenbury Street, thence along the northern line of Fernery Way, 20 feet wide, N 79° 01' E a distance of 135.92 feet to a point; thence S 35° 09'E a distance of 86.92 feet to a point; thence S 23° 53' 35” E a distance of 20.52 feet to a point; thence along the southern side of Sunbeam Way, 20 feet wide, S 79° 01' W a distance of 131.70 feet to a point; thence N 35° 09' W a distance of 21.92 feet to a point; thence along the northern line of Sunbeam Way N 79° 01' E a distance of 114 feet to a point; thence along the western side of Fernery Way N 35° 09' W a distance of 65 feet to a point; thence along the southerly side of Fernery Way S 79° 01'W a distance of 114 feet to a point; thence along Fernery Way at the eastern side of Glenbury Street N 35° 09 W a distance of 21.92 feet to the place of the beginning, containing 6,710 square feet, in the 32nd Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be an...
