Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Supplemental Agreement or Agreements with TRC Engineers, Inc. for costs associated with the Construction phase of the Pittsburgh City Steps project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Forty-Two Cents ($1,448,949.42), to be paid from the following accounts:
