Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby directed and authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Community Design Center of Pittsburgh, in the amount of Eleven Thousand and Ninety-One Dollars and Fifty Cents ($11,091.50) for costs related to services for the Centre/Baum Initiative, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, chargeable to and payable from chargeable to and payable from Account 511000, Fund 2610, Organization 101100, Source C2003, Project Grant G229944, Budget Year 2003.
