Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to authorized to accept a deed from Leonard J. Novak and Alice M. Novak, his wife, conveying certain property on Stella Street in the 16th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated as Block 13-D, Lot 40, in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, for public street improvement, in fee simple and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
 
Property Described As Follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PIECE OF GROUND Situate in the 16th Ward (formerly the 27th) Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 93 in John Brown's Plan of Lots of Barry Hall Farm.
SUBJECT to the widening of Stella Street as evidenced by Ordinance No. 5 of 1935 passed January 7, 1935 and approved January 10, 1935 and recorded in Ordinance Book Volume 46, page 334.
BEING designated as Block 13-D, Lot 40 in the Deed registry Office of Allegheny County.
BEING the same property which the City of Pittsburgh granted and conveyed to Leonard J. Novak and Alice M. Novak, his wife by deed dated July 30, 1981 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume 6397, page 115
 
Section 2      Be it further resolved that said conveyance shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
 
Deed recording and Reality Transfer Tax to be paid by the City of Pittsburgh, Account No. 525500, Fund 1000, Organization 301000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2003
