Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No.768, effective January 1, 2010, entitled: “Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program,” by adjusting various line-items to reflect additional funding available under the Community Development Block Grant program.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, entitled: “Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program,” is hereby amended and supplemented by increasing the amount of CDBG funds from $16,500,000 to $18,038,480 to reflect the final approved grant amount from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The additional $1,538,480 is allocated as follows:
