Resolution amending Resolution No. 125 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Open Innovation Plans, LLC, for records management software services by increasing the approved amount by SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($75,237.50), for an amended total cost not-to-exceed TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND FORTY-TWO CENTS ($206,930.42) over ten (10) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 125 of 2023, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 429 of 2022, authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Open Innovation Plans, LLC for records management software services at an overall cost to the City not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY-TWO CENTS ($131,692.92), to add funding due to an increased scope of work,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Service Agreement or Agreements, with Open Innovation Plans, LLC, for records management software services, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND FORTY-TWO CENTS ($206,930.42) over ten (10) years.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the Agreement(s) subject to appropriations by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart of accounts:
