Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign two warrants to be issued in the total amount of $35,000, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, at 2:10-cv-1305 and charge the same code to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 592200, Org. 999200 Budget Year 2011.
