Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following item in Resolution Number 805 of 2023, effective date December 7, 202, authorizing the sale of a property in the Fifth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, is hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded, as title to the City of Pittsburgh is defective. Item D: 805 Clarissa Street
