Title
Resolution authorizing an Agreement or Agreements with Public Management Resources, Inc. to serve as the Consent Decree Auditor and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, as follows: $37,000 for the remainder of year 2003, and $167,000 annually for year 2004 and 2005.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Manager of the Office of Municipal Investigations on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to supplement existing agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Public Management Resources, Inc., for the period of 2003-2005,
2003 and 2004, at a cost not to exceed Thirty Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00) for the remainder of Year 2003, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Org. No. 108800, Account 526100, Budget Year 2003, Office of Municipal Investigations.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the 2004 and 2005 contract year from and subject to the amount of funds appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Org. No. 108800, Account 526100, Office of Municipal Investigations. The annual cost in year 2004 -2005 may not exceed One Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Dollars ($167,000.00).
