Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and /or the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Smiths Detection in the amount of $4,857.12, in payment for the emergency repair of the entrance metal detectors on the first floor of the City-County Building, chargeable to and payable from the Department of Public Works account 11101.420000.54.54305.2017.
