Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor, the Director of City Planning, and the Director of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement or Agreement (s) or Contract (s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of conducting a Carson Street Truck Study in the City's South Side Flats neighborhood at a cost not to exceed $40,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account: 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2267119-2002.
