The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title One, Administrative, Article Three, Organization, Chapter 135, Department of City Planning, is hereby amended and supplemented as follows.
CHAPTER 135 - Department of City Planning
§ 135.04 Reports on Affordable Housing Bonus Program
The Department of City Planning shall provide to City Council Semiannual (every 6 months) reports updating the status of the Affordable Housing Bonus Program for as long as it exists in the Zoning Code. Semiannual reports shall include a detail of all future projects that have submitted to participate in the Affordable Height Bonus Program, the number of affordable units and the number of market rate units within the project. The Department of City Planning shall also provide:
a. Semiannual Reporting. Semiannual reports shall be published by the Department of City Planning and received by Council no more than forty-five (45) days after the end of the fiscal year and half year (The 2nd of July), and read, received and filed with City no later than thirty (30) days after publishing;
b. Mandatory Review Reporting. No later than two years from the Effective Date, the Department of City Planning, in collaboration with other City Departments or Offices, shall publish and provide the City Council with a report on the initial phase of the Affordable Housing Bonus Program, and offer recommendations for improvements as appropriate, to be read, received and filed by City Council no later than thirty (30) days after publication.
