Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to create a special trust fund to be designated as the Culture of Integrity Initiative Trust Fund (CIITF) the Special Investigations Trust Fund (SITF), exclusively for the deposit of grant monies received by the U.S. Department of Justice Community Creating a Culture of Integrity Initiative , or other federal/state government agencies.  The monies deposited into said trust fund shall be used by the Department of Public Safety to cover any and all eligible expenses exclusively related to Community Creating a Culture of Integrity Initiative grant. including but not limited to equipment, supplies, new/replacement computer equipment, software and/or communications equipment, maintenance, professional services, travel and/or training services; analysis, design, development, programming, in conjunction with the feasibility, development, enhancement or implementation of automated systems.
 
Section 2. Sunset provision: At the point in time when all funds have been expended from the Culture of Integrity Initiative Trust Fund (CIITF) this legislation creating said fund shall be repealed.
