Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban League of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of the Housing Counseling Program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with the Urban League of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of the Housing Counseling Program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account:

Urban League Housing Counseling:
