Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from King Street Productions, Inc. of office furniture valued at TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND NINETY-FIVE CENTS ($10,190.95) for the Public Safety Admin Office.
