Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Amending Resolution No. 781, effective January 1, 1999 as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 1999 Capital Budget and the 1999Community Development Block Grant Program; approving the 1999 through 2004 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2000 Capital Budget amendments."  By deleting the project "Hazelwood-2nd Avenue Development;" and by creating the project "Lewis Playground."
