Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Jan C. Swensen, Esquire and Kerry Ann Long, C/O Swensen & Associates, 1000 Main Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, in the amount of $300,000.00 in full and final settlement of a claim filed at G.D. 03-9676, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget year 2004.
