Title

Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements by and between the City of Pittsburgh and a Consultant or Consultants for professional services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of development of standards for the City Ordinance on Noise Control.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or use an existing agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for professional services supplied to the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of development of standards for the City Ordinance on Noise Control, in an amount not to exceed $15,300 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
